Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. We will then ensure that you receive a good product free of charge to replace the damaged product.Exchanges: Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.Cancellation:We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@bb-simon.com as soon as possible after placing it. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed for fulfillment or dispatched to the carrier, we are no longer able to cancel it. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible and to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase.Shipping your return items: You are responsible for the return label and the shipping costs for returning any of your items (with the exception of defective and/or incorrectly received items).It is expected to return the items with a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance.
